I’m Erika Thomas, a healthcare executive, entrepreneur, author, and CEO mentor with over 20 years of healthcare experience.
I own and operate a seven-figure home care agency and an adult day care program, and I understand firsthand the pressure that comes with leading in this industry—staffing challenges, compliance demands, constant decision-making, and the responsibility of caring for both people and profit.
This work is rooted in lived experience, not theory.
